Are my conversations used to train AI?
No. Not to train our models, and we donβt hand them to anyone else for training β there is no pipeline that collects your conversations into a training set. Theyβre stored so Selin has history and memory, never sold, and you can delete any of them whenever you like.
Does my message go to another company?
Yes β generating a reply means sending your message to whichever model provider serves your tier, today Anthropic for Core and Ultra and DeepSeek for Spark. They have their own terms, which we link in our policy. Your name, email and account details are never sent with it. Donβt put passwords or account numbers in a chat.
What happens to my ID on Connect?
Age checks run through Stripe Identity, and your document goes to Stripe β never to us. All we keep is a yes/no that you passed, and the date. We never see or store the ID itself.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your dashboard. Your plan stays active to the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. Fees already charged arenβt refunded except where the law requires it.
