• Resell or redistribute access to the Services without written authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Selin. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide the Services. We do not claim ownership of your input or output.

Certain features require a paid subscription. All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANTUM PROTECTION SECURITY SERVICES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantum Protection Security Services LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
