Customer Success Associate
Coming SoonHelp Selin AI users get the most out of their subscription. You'll handle onboarding questions, retention outreach, and support tickets for both Selin and Parlavoy.
- Onboard new Pro and Elite subscribers
- Respond to support tickets within SLA
- Identify churn risk and escalate proactively
- Work 15–25 hrs/week flexible
AI/ML Engineer
Coming SoonWork directly on Selin's core AI engine — fine-tuning memory systems, building new tool integrations, and improving model routing logic across our product suite.
- Deep experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI)
- Node.js or Python backend experience required
- Experience with RAG, vector DBs, or agent frameworks a plus
- Ownership mentality — small team, big scope
